Tourist tax, introduced from 1st January 2015, is NOT included in prices.

For stays of medium-long term, depending on the availability and the period, you may have discounts on the total price.

We accept children from 8 years up.

Our B&B is not suitable for hosting any kind of animals.

CHECK IN: from 15.00 to 23:00 (after 23:00 it's possible ONLY with a timely communication)

CHECK OUT: within 10.00

Since we don't have a reception, the guests are required to inform us about their estimated arrival time as soon as possible so we can be here and avoid they have to wait outside longtime.

VERY IMPORTANT!

The reservation is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 30% on the price of your stay, by bank transfer.
If you delete the reservation, the deposit won't be refunded, without prevented events of exceptional gravity communicated with reasonable notice that allows us to sell the accommodation to other guests. Only in this case, will a voucher of the same amount be granted to be used within a year.
The remaining payment must be on arrival (at the keys) and do not accept checks.
Minimum stay: 2 nights for rooms - 3 nights for suites (except special cases and / or last minute).
Each accommodation has a minimum and maximum within the price can vary. There may be promotions or discounts in some periods and for those who come back here.
This website refers to 2 B&B: "Magralu" and "Magralu 2", both in the same building but with different owners and licenses.
